Can satan cast away satan?
Mathew 12:26 " And if Satan is casting out Satan, he is divided and fighting against himself. His own kingdom will not survive."

Satan falls in the name of Yehshua 
Luke 10:17 When the 72 followers came back from their trip, they were very happy. They said, “Lord, even the demons obeyed us when we used your name!”

So Let see what about Allah:
Sahih Muslim Book 004, Number 1106:
"... Allah's enemy Iblis came with a flame of fire to put it in my face, so I said three times:" I Seek refuge in Allah from thee." Then I said three times:" I curse thee with Allah's full curse." But he did not retreat (on any one of these) three occasions. ..."

So in the name of allah, - satan or devil or Iblis never got cast away. See above Mathew 12:26
